I get that it should take awhile for something this powerful to manifest, and i do think that the cast build up is sweet, but it's basically worthless when you actually need it (outside of when you're in the arcaneum and you decide to redecorate).Lightning Storm is the highest-level lightning spell, acting as the final upgrade for Sparks. wouldn't you know that everytime one of them hits me while I'm charging up it stops the cast? So (dawnguard spoiler) I'm sent to dress up like a dawnguard member and kill someone publicly in Whiterun, so, naturally, I find Nazeem and take him out, leave the note on him and run, I get outside the gates and there are about 8 guards waiting for me, so I figure I'll use Blizzard to toss them around and then stab them on the ground with my Daedric dagger.
